Veer and Ziva: The 2023 Cricket World Cup Mascots


The International Cricket Council (ICC) has unveiled the official mascots of the 2023 Cricket World Cup. The mascots are a pair of lions named Veer and Ziva.

Veer is a strong and courageous lion who represents the power of cricket. Ziva is a playful and energetic lion who represents the excitement of the game. The two lions are said to be best friends who will travel around India together, spreading the joy of cricket.

The mascots were unveiled at an event in Gurugram, India, in the presence of the captains of the two teams that will be playing the opening match of the tournament, India and Pakistan.
